Legalization permit- imprint of a house/ Pinakates, Pelion
The architectural drawings are imprints depicting the interior design of this residence and were drawn in order to issue a legalization permit, as in reality there were deviations from the issued building permit.
In recent years, Greek legislation prohibits the existence of arbitrary constructions and provides ways of their temporary or permanent legalization. The specific designs reflect the current state of the residence in every possible detail. In addition, since Pinakates is a traditional Pelion settlement, there are solutions suggested in the drawings for parts of the residence which were arbitrarily constructed to take on a new form so that they follow traditional standards.
