Two-storey house with basement/ Makrirachi, Pelion
This country house was designed in the traditional settlement of Makrirachi according to Pelion architectural standards. The small area of the plot dictated architectural design with minimal dimensions, but not lacking in functionality and aesthetics.
House description
The ground floor is slightly elevated compared to the surroundings. Access to this is achieved from a small external scale. On the ground floor there is the living room and the kitchen, while by an internal scale we are led to the floor. There are two bedrooms and the bathroom. The layout of the premises was based on the access of the main areas to the view to the sea. The basement is for auxiliary use and has external access from the back of the plot. Extensions and openings were designed with the largest dimensions allowed.
